Authorized Uses
The information that Pinpointers Plus, Inc. provides to you the customer may contain consumer identification
information governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLB). In accordance with this act, such information may be used exclusively for the following reasons:
- Completion of a transaction authorized by the consumer
- Law Firm and attorney functions
- Insurance purposes
- Fraud detection and prevention
- Required institutional risk control/dispute resolution for resolving customer disputes or inquiries
Liability/Warranty
Pinpointers Plus, Inc. (PinpointersPlus.Com) shall not be liable to user or any other
person claiming through the user or to whom the user may have provided information obtained from Pinpointers Plus, Inc., for
any loss or injury caused in whole or in part by the negligent acts of Pinpointers Plus, Inc. compiling, analyzing, communicating,
or reporting of information requested by the user. Furthermore, Pinpointers Plus, Inc. shall not be liable for the
users unauthorized or unlawful use and/or disemination of the information obtained from Pinpointers Plus, Inc. The information
gathered and reported by Pinpointers Plus, Inc. is considered accurate and reliable at the time the report is given to the
user. Pinpointers Plus, Inc. does not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the data obtained from Pinpointers
Plus, Inc. Any information obtained from Pinpointers Plus, Inc., with the exception of information obtained in accordance
with FCRA requirements, may not be used for the purpose of deciding whether to hire an individual for employment, renting
property to an individual, or for determining an individual's eligibility to receive credit or insurance. As permitted by
law, the information is provided AS IS, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, fitness
for a particular purpose, title, implied warranties of merchantability or non-infringement.
Performance
Pinpointers Plus, Inc. uses computer technology and good old fashioned investigative practices
to find the information for the user. The information gathered by database researchers is given to professional telephone
investigators who call relatives, neighbors, and possible associates of the subject. Addresses, phone numbers, will
be determined to be accurate or not. All information gathered is then given to an analyst who compiles the report for
the user. If there is a question about the information gathered, the analyst will return the trace to the investigator
for clarification. When the report is returned to the analyst, all information is considered to be accurate at that
moment in time. User accepts the results as they are stated.

Authorized Users
Insurance Companies, Banks, Credit Unions, Loan Companies, Law Enforcement Agencies, Collection Law Firms, Debt
Collection Agencies, Child Support Enforcement Agencies and Fraud Detection Agencies. If you do not fall into one of
these categories, email or call us to determine authorized user status.
Charges to User
User agrees to pay Pinpointers Plus, Inc. the current charge for the service requested as published on
Pinpointers Plus, Inc. (pinpointersplus.com) web site. User will be charged for the
Premium Skip Trace service request, if the current address
(including P.O. Box address) of the subject is found, or real property ownership of subject is found, or Place of Employment
(POE) information is found, or any addtional information that points to the location of the subject.
For a $10.00 Rush Charge, authorized users can get Premium Skip Trace results in two
(2) business days (e.g., Submit Premium Skip Trace on Thursday and get results Monday). If
the subject is found to be deceased, the published price will be charged. All other service requests will be charged the published
service price, regardless of results. Prices may be updated from time to time and changes will be published on
the PinPointersPlus.com Services web page.
Payment Terms
Payment will be by check and is due upon receipt of invoice. Check will be made payable
to Pinpointers Plus, Inc. New accounts will be limited to a $500.00 credit until a payment history is established.
Payment history will be considered established once the user has paid in full for skip trace requests totaling at least $500.00.
Accounts will be considered delinquent on the twenty-first day past the initial invoice date. Invoices not paid
within thirty days of the initial invoice will incur a $10.00 late fee. Our return check fee is $25.00. User
is responsible for all collection costs and reasonable attorney fees in conjunction with collection efforts made on delinquent
accounts.
Compliance with Laws
User shall not use information obtained from Pinpointers Plus, Inc. in violation of any federal,
state, or local laws, to include the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C.A. 1681 et. seq.) "FCRA".
Termination of Service
User agrees to comply with the policies set forth by Pinpointers Plus, Inc. Changes to Pinpointers Plus,
Inc. policies will be posted to this web site. This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky. Users who violate state or federal laws or the policies of Pinpointers Plus, Inc. will result in the immediate termination
of service.
